Yes, they somehow made a sequel. While this doesn't look as bad as the first movie, it still looks insanely cheesy and filled to the brim with mediocre CGI.

Despite his charm simply by being tere, this looks as awful as expected. Young adventurer Sean receives a distress signal from a mysterious island where no island should exist — a place of strange life forms, mountains of gold, deadly volcanoes, and more than one astonishing secret. This was shot partially in Hawaii. At least thats my 2 cents. Dave Boon on Nov 9, The first movie had its flaws but I really enjoyed watching it.

This one looks good to me. Looks like probably the best film ever made, how am I only hearing about this now?

Crapola on Nov 9, Dwayne, what the hell are you doing? Back to whoopin roody-POO, candy ass from here on out! He was just getting acceptable again. Guess dwayne wont be,in thw expendables forsure thanks to this lol. Well, that saved me a few quid. But id definitely go see it However I am not a big fan, nor not a fan at all of Josh Hutcherson I enjoyed the 1st one with my kids.

But I think I will wait for dvd to see this one. Especially cause I can't stand the Rock. Damnnnnnn, Arnold bulked back up. Why did he shave his head and why is he doing a kiddie flick.

Just kidding. Love The Rock. It would be great if he got a role as awesome as Vin's Riddick. This new generation of action stars are awesome. Man this looks 10 times better than the first one! Gotta love an island with awesome creatures! This looks good and fun to see it in "Glorious 3D"! So far no childish comments whining about 3D! And if you're gonna comment like a whining child, too late!
